Just as a disclaimer, we would not be divulging into details of the story and just give a brief outline of what the story was all about. So without any further adieu lets begin on what caught our attention on the last working day of a boring week in world of personal tech, March 7, 2014.

It’s Google Play’s birthday! Yes, it has turned 2 today. And because Google likes to celebrate just about every occasion, they are giving away some very neat discounts on your favorite Android games. Nokia Lumia 630 Leaked out: Lacks Camera Shutter Button
Nokia 630 has been doing the circles for a while now. If not Lumia 630, you may recognize the device by its codename: MoneyPenny, which is a super cool codename by the way. The first render of the device though, has been leaked out by the trusted @Evleaks Twitter account. The device has a very similar build to the Nokia X but lacks a dedicated Camera Shutter button like we have seen from every Lumia device on the right flank of the phone. Going forward, maybe this is one of the cost cutting methods, alongside absence of a flash. The device is rumored to be ready for launch at the Build Conference in April and would be one of the first devices to run Windows Phone 8.1 out of the box.
A clone ripoff of the All the HTC One already goes on sale
Fair to say Goophone absolutely love the internet leaks around the devices. There is no other way to justify, an actual device going on sale as a ripoff of a phone which has not even officially been announced yet. Named, Goophone M8, the device is on sale for $229.99. From a hardware point of view, the device looks just familiar and nothing more like premium feel that the original M8 would bring. There is also no dual rear camera here. The device has a Mediatek Octa Core processor, while you can bet that the original device will run Snapdragon 800/801. The goophone M8 runs Android 4.2 while the orignal device will surely come with Android 4.4. (image:technobuffalo)
Windows 8.1 may bring an all new designed keyboard
As pages of calender flip over, the much awaited announcement of Windows Phone 8.1 in April is coming closer. We recently saw leaks of a Voice Assistant called, Cortana which will be a part of the big update as well as a dedicated notification center. According to the latest leaks, the update will also bring an all new keyboard in Windows Phone 8.1. The keyboard is said to be flatter and will take much lower screen space as compared to the original keyboard. Personally, I am not sure how this will work out, cause of everything on Windows Phone 8, the typing experience was always top notch and perhaps even better when compared to the iPhone or Android.
HP releases HP 8: A mid sized, mid range tablet

HP has released another midrange tablet, and this one is called HP 8. The tablet is on sale for $169.99. This makes the tablet a direct competitor of the likes of Nexus 7 and Kindle Fire. The device, as can be guessed from the name has a 7.95 inch display with 1024 x 768 resolution. There is a 1 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM on board with Android 4.2.2. The device has a 2 MP rear camera and is powered by an Allwinner Quad Core SoC. (image: androidcentral)
