Just as a disclaimer, we would not be divulging into details of the story and just give a brief outline of what the story was all about. So without any further adieu lets begin on what caught our attention on a Friday leading to the festive weekend of March 14th, 2014.

First Screenshots of iOS 8 leak out
It’s hardly been a matter of few days that iOS 7.1 was released by Apple. But, looks like the company is already a couple of steps ahead and planning/testing for the future. Recent leaks of iOS 8 suggest a healthbook which would be one stop record for all your health monitoring as well as a new and neatly laid our Control Center as well as Notification Center. Not just this, there are also a couple of new apps in the screenshots called Preview and Textedit which looks like another move in the direction of unifying Mac OSX and iOS with similar core apps and functionalities. It is too early to speculate about iOS 8 yet though, and it may prove out these leaks are totally bogus.

Nokia makes the Refocus App Available on all Lumia Devices
Nokia’s Refocus app is one of the coolest apps in the world populated by thousands of interesting photo editing apps. The app allows the user to select any area of a picture after shooting it, and brings that particular area into focus, a bit like lytro cameras. The app was initially available on the likes of Lumia 1020 and was one of our personal favorite apps. Nokia though, has now made the app available on every Lumia device. To look for the app, simply go into your Windows Phone Store and do not fret if you are unable to find it, as it would surely appear there in maybe a day or two’s time.

Dhingana boasts of over 1 million songs in 42 languages and acquiring that could well prove to be a masterstroke if Rdio does become a hit, like we expect it to be in India.
