There would be no immediate changes in the functioning of the two organisations as both Myntra and Flipkart will function independently. Flipkart would also invest unto $100 million in Myntra in the coming days. The deal is rumored to be valued around Rs 2,000 Crores.
Given the success of the LG G2 and Nexus 5, all eyes are firmly focussed on the arrival of the LG G3 which is set to happen on May 27th in an event in New York. Leaked specifications of the device reveal a 5.5 inch IPS display with a Quad HD resolution and Snapdragon 801 SoC with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of ROM. The G3 is expected to bring 3000 mAh battery which is going to be user replaceable. After releasing the 8 GB variant of the iPhone 5c in Europe, Apple has decided to bring the same to India starting Friday. The iPhone 8 GB is expected to be first available in Apple retail stores and then online. As a promotional offer, Apple is discounting Rs 3,000 off the iPhone 5c making it available for Rs 34,500 for a limited period. If that was not enough, the official Apple iPhone 5c cover would be bundled worth Rs 2,300 for free too. However, the iPhone 5c 16 GB is available for Rs 34,000 on various online stories, and therefore it would be no surprise to see Apple offering an exchange offer which would bring the price of the iPhone 5c 8 GB to Rs 30,000 mark.

According to the trusted Twitter source @Evleaks, there would be no refresh to the Nexus 5 in the year 2014. This is primarily because Google wants to replace its existing Nexus line of devices with the Android Silver line which would be announced early in 2015. The Android Silver line would bring Vanilla Android experience just like the Nexus line but in a more premium hardware range. LG is expected to make the first Android Silver device debuting the Snapdragon MSM8994 SoC on board. If @Evleaks is to be believed, we will see the Android Silver device on major US carriers by February of 2015.

Nokia X2 Spotted in Benchmark tests
The Nokia X has not been the success that Nokia expected it to be. A plethora of reasons are be behind this. The fact that the phone was not great in terms of performance was the most important and whatever little hope was left was taken away by the euphoria surrounding the release of Moto E. However, looks like the Nokia X would not be not the only series of Android devices from Nokia as we had expected post the acquisition by Microsoft. An AntuTu Benchmark test screenshot of a supposed Nokia X2 has been leaked. The device runs Android 4.3 JellyBean as opposed to the 4.1 JellyBean that is found on the Nokia X. Other specs of the device include a Snapdragon 200 SoC, Adreno 305 GPU, 4.3 inch screen with a resolution of 800×480, 1 GB RAM and internal memory of 4 GB. The camera is expected to be a 5 MP rear camera and a .3 MP front facing shooter.
