Xolo has announced the Xolo Q600s, a slim and powerful, yet an affordable Android smartphone running the latest and greatest Android version, 4.4.2 KitKat. The device is focussed to take on the likes of Motorola Moto E and the Micromax Unite 2 in the budget tier of the market. The Xolo Q600s features a 4.5 inch qHD IPS display which will be a part of a OGS or One Glass Solution body.
The device is powered by a 1.2 GHz Broadcom Quad Core Processor with VideoCore IV GPU. The Xolo 600s has 1 GB RAM on board as well as 4 GB internal memory with MicroSD expansion possible up to 32 GB. The device features a 2,000 mAh battery which Xolo claims will last you about 11 hours of talk time or just above 47 hours of music playback. The Q600s is a Dual SIM smartphone and does come with all the regular connectivities including GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, support for 3G etc. The sensors on the device include Accelerometer, Proximity sensor and Ambient Light sensor.
The Xolo Q600s will retail at Rs 8,499 in black and white variants which is slightly higher than the devices it is competing against, the likes of the Moto E and the Unite 2.
