After its success in 58 cities around the world, Uber has announced that UberEats will soon come to India as well.
UberEATS
A standalone food delivery app, Uber partners with restaurants and delivery agents across the country to deliver your food on-demand. What started as an experiment in Los Angeles back in 2014, has grown into a full-blown service.
Speaking about the launch,
“I am incredibly excited about bringing UberEATS to India. This is a significant investment, it spans multiple cities and regions, and it has the potential to change the food industry – with the push of a button – in one of the most vibrant food cultures in the world.”
Says Allen Penn, head of UberEATS for Asia Pacific
